If you encounter the "Record Not Found" error or server issues, follow these recovery steps:
Check Exam City Slip: Verify your date. If your exam is more than 3 days away, the link may not be active for you yet.
Clear Browser Cache: Heavy traffic (36+ lakh applicants) can cause session timeouts. Clear cookies or use Incognito mode.
Application Status: Check if your form was rejected due to blurred photos or incomplete payments. If rejected, no admit card will be generated.
Correct Portal: Ensure you are using the New OTR (One Time Registration) ID on the new ssc.gov.in portal.
