How to Reset SSO ID Password?
If you have forgotten your password can reset it in just a few minutes. Here's how:
- Go to the SSO login page: Open sso.rajasthan.gov.in and click on "Login."
- Click on 'Forgot Password': Below the login form, you'll see the "Forgot Password" link. Click on it.
- Choose how you want to reset: You can reset using:
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email ID
- Aadhaar number
- Enter the OTP: After selecting your recovery option, you will receive a One-Time Password. Enter it on the screen.
- Set a New Password: Once the OTP is verified, you can create a new password. Type it twice to confirm.
- Login with New Password: Now, go back to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Note: Make sure your new password is strong and easy to remember for you.
How to Recover Forgotten SSO ID?
If you forget your SSO ID, you can recover it using your registered details. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the login page: Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in and click on "Login."
- Click on 'Forgot SSO ID: Just below the login form, you'll see a link that says "Forgot SSOID." Click it.
- Choose your recovery method: You can recover your ID using:
- Registered mobile number
- Email address
- Aadhaar number
- Enter the required information: For example, if you choose mobile number, type your number in the box and click "Submit."
- Receive OTP and Verify: You will get an OTP on your phone or email. Enter it on the screen.
- Your SSOID will appear: After verifying the OTP, your registered ID will be shown on the screen.
How to Merge Multiple SSO IDs?
Sometimes, you may end up creating more than one ID by mistake. But using multiple accounts can cause problems. Here's how you can request to merge them into one:
- Log in to the SSO portal: Use the ID that you want to keep.
- Go to the Help or Contact Section: Look for the help or support section from the dashboard. It's usually at the bottom of the website.
- Send a Merge Request: Contact the SSO support team through the support form or email. Mention:
- The SSO ID you want to keep
- The other SSO ID(s) you want to merge
- Provide Identification Proof: They may ask you to upload some documents like Aadhaar card or any ID that proves both accounts belong to you.
- Wait for Verification: The technical team will check and approve your request.
- Confirmation: Once the merge is complete, you will receive confirmation. Now all your data and services will be available under one single SSO ID.
If you have registered more than one it, the system allows you to merge accounts via the profile settings in your dashboard. Enter secondary credentials and confirm by OTP. This keeps your digital identity unified.
